this book is really worth buying. i found it very easy to read and understand. it does not tell you what to do about your problems but gives you the tools with which to make your own mind books are very difficult to follow,each chapter seems to take forever to read through but not this one. i wanted help with a certain problem and this book covers this and others as the type /5(35).
